I had the privilege of bringing the importance of Cause, Brand, and Team two two organizations this week: the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) of Central Illinois; and the Decatur Family YMCA. I developed a custom one-hour training for AFP, which included CEOs and fundraising executives from several local nonprofits. I also developed a three-hour training for the Y for their board and leadership staff. Both were insightful and productive.
